At the age of 28 , I decided to become a Fitness competitor because of my love for hip-hop dance and performing. I love to create my own choreography with my signature flirty, strong and powerful style. My first coach encouraged me to try the Figure division as well. The rest is history. 

 

By May 2011, I entered my first competition and stunned the crowd with a fast-paced, energizing fitness routine. I won 2nd place in Fitness, but the suprise of the night was winning the OVERALL TITLE for Mr and Mrs Natural MN Figure Beginner Champion.

 

Of course after that I wanted more. So I decided to venture out of Minnesota by competing at Fitness America later that November. There in Vegas, I placed 6th in Open Figure Short and took center stage with my brand new heart-pumping Beyonce Fitness routine. My goal was to make it into the Top 10  AND I did! I finished with 8th place out of 35 competitors for my first time in the Open Fitness Class.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

After getting a taste of Fitness America in Vegas I was hooked! The spring of 2012 I competed in 3 shows back to back. I took two 2nd place wins at Fitness America Great North in April and then a Fitness 1st place at the Mr and Mrs Natural MN show in May. Following that I set my eyes on an even bigger show, Fitness Universe in Miami. In June 2012, I made it one step closer to the FITNESS TOP 5 with 7th place in in the Open Fitness class. But where I made my first big "national" mark in the industry was winning the Figure Universe Short Champion and also one of the very first Figure PRO cards to be handed out by the Fitness Universe federation.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In November 2012, I gave it my all in Fitness division with a new fierce Rihanna routine at Fitness America in Vegas. I finally made my goal of landing in the FITNESS TOP 5 with 5th place and my Fitness PRO card! It  has been an absolute dream come true to

 

be blessed and represent a Figure AND Fitness Universe PRO!

 

Since 2011, I have competed now in 9 competitions and had amazing experiences from each one of them. Funny right? It's not like I won a title at every show, but I loved every minute of it! Now I am in my 5th year competing and try to take some time off to heal my adrenals. I have a wonderful homeopathic specialist working with me so I can recover and come back better than ever! I hope to compete in Fitness America this fall for my 5th consecutive year. It will be my 10th show and 4th time as a FIGURE & FITNESS PRO.
