TEAM PEANUT TRIBE
Over the couple of years as I started to COACH and MENTOR I have been blessed to be able to work with some of the sweetest women AND men! Clients quickly become my friends and soon a part of the TEAM PEANUT TRIBE. I enjoy coaching in any area that I think I can provide some insight and guidance with! With my experience in NUTRITION, COMPETITIONS, MODELING, CHOREOGRAPHY and BRANDING -

Just a thank you for all of the help and encouragement you gave me while embarking on my fitness journey. As a coach you were encouraging as well as inspirational. Just knowing your story and where you began your journey made it seem so much more doable.
The carb cycling plan* was something that my body responded to right away and also something that I enjoyed doing and felt like it was realistic. With posing I feel like you didn't try to change me or my personality but instead just tweaked a few things while showing me what positions flatter my body.
My very first show ever was Fitness Universe and I ended up placing 6th in my division!! I am so proud of my accomplishments and look forward to only improving from here on out! Your passion for fitness is absolutely contagious and I can't wait to work with you again in the future!!! Rock on Team Peanut!!!

My first figure competition was a great experience! With it being away from home and at a huge venue – Las Vegas, I was nervous as heck! My nutrition coach/posing coach wasn't able to come and I didn't come with a team, so my apprehension and nerves were through the roof.
Thankfully, I was put in contact with Bethany at the show and she absolutely helped boost my confidence and sooth my nerves. With her competing as well, I am appreciative that she took the time to respond to me timely and to arrange a time with such short notice to help me with my posing.
Bethany’s feedback and direction was sincere, positive and useful and her overall personality really made me feel comfortable and was a pleasure to work with.

Where to start!? I’m not sure there is a word outstanding enough to express my gratitude and respect for you. When I first reached out to you, I will admit, I was worried that a woman of your caliber in the fitness industry wouldn’t be able to spare much time for a first-timer like myself. I could not have been more wrong.
Even though we are separated by over 1,000 miles, you were extremely responsive to my many, many questions and offered invaluable tips on my posing. Not to mention, your meal plans* are satisfying, healthy AND effective, unlike many competition prep meal plans I have seen.
I can say with complete honesty, I never would have made it to the stage for my first fitness competition without you.
You are such a genuinely kind person whose passion for improving lives and building confidence through health and fitness radiates out of you.
