Team Peanut's most popular events combined: fitness camp + wellness seminars + story sharing + release retreat + winter challenge = a crazy good experience you won't want to miss!

 

Join us all day for this great retreat hosted by Bethany Nelson at the Anytime Fitness in St Paul on University. This is the same Anytime Fitness that has hosted STRONG CAMP and JESSIE'S GIRLS TRAINING CAMP, but now has a BRAND NEW FACILITY down the street! We will kick off the day at 9am with an intro to Fitness Lifestyle seminar by Bethany. Then we will get moving and sweating with a fun workout led by personal trainer Angela McGuire + dance cardio sesh with Bethany!!

 

After the workout Bethany will give her Nutrition + Carb-cycling Breakdown + BodyBurn Challenge presentation. This is great information on how to eat healthy, eat clean and eat more in order to shred pounds and drop inches. The Winter Challenge is a 4 week accountability group - following Bethany's 4 WK BODYBURN program together with an awesome support + motivation in a FB group page. This challenge is complimentary to anyone who attends the RETREAT! Normally priced at $99 and includes nutrition, workouts and detox guides.

 

We will take a break for lunch (BYOL) then get right back into the swing of things with a LIFTING + SUPPLEMENTS seminar with a Q+A to follow - so bring your QUESTIONS! Bethany will even take you through the gym and show her favorite excerises for each body part and muscle groups. This will be the best time to snap pictures for your own personal weight lifting guide.

 

The second half of the day will reflect more of a RELEASE RETREAT where we will take the time to rest and "open up" in order to heal and grow with our mind and emotions. So bring your cozy clothes, sleeping bag and pillow for some nap time for some needed decompression. Retreat away from your regular routine and busy life so you can have some down time for yourself.

 

After nap time, Bethany will lead you in a seminar about how she discovered her food allergies and tips on how to DETOX. There are so many things to share in regards to symptoms, intolerances, how to eat out at restaurants, cleanses and more. Following the final seminar, Bethany will share her life story and how she broke free from stress, dysfunction and chronic illness in order to move forward and live a healthier, more positive life. This will lead into a deep discussion around life heartaches, experiences and others stories. This won't be meant for any "re-living" or "opening the wounds" but it will be a connecting moment to "letting go and growing stronger" with giving some words to your feelings.

 

The night will conclude with a special CANDLELIGHT YOGA session led by Karen McGrath, CorePower Yoga Instructor. She will move us through a cleansing vinyasa flow that will help slow you down and feel relaxed. The day will wrap around 7pm, just in time for you to head to dinner and grab a fun goodie bag on the way out. It will be an awesome way to learn a ton, be inspired and motivated towards new goals for 2016 and bond with a great group of STRONG women!
