Throughout the last four years of fitness and lifestyle modeling I have learned quite a bit. From experience after experience I pick up something new. How to set up a photo shoot, how to prep for one, what to bring and not forget, how to do my own makeup and hair, how to find my best angles, how to smile and also look serious - without CRACKING UP! My goal as a modeling coach is to help anyone feel guided and comfortable with a great photo shoot experience. Sometimes as the model it's just nice to have someone else there.

If modeling is something you are dreaming about and haven’t reached your ideal “fit shape” DON’T WORRY! You can begin modeling and go after your best self while doing it. Modeling might be just the right carrot for you to take your fitness and health up a whole new level.

I host photo shoot workshops, modeling seminars and can be hired as a private modeling coach too! I also have created a MODELING HANDBOOK, a step-by-step guide for you to learn everything that I have figure out in my 4 years of experience. I am not here to say that I have arrived and I am one of the biggest names in the fitness model industry….yet ;) Someday my dream is to have my name be up there with Jamie Eason, Chady Dunmore, Lori Harder - but be special and different!
